It was so incredible creepy, heart-pounding, chilling, and great!
I saw it with Michelle, and we were clutching each other's hands the whole time. And the ending, whooo! scary, SCARY!
It starts off really scary, and immediately my heart was hammering my chest. You know that sense of dread and impending doom you get at a really frightening film? Yeah, get used to that if you're watching this.
The only annoying things were that is was completely sold out at all screens, there there was a HUGE line waiting to get in, that went from the bottom of the escalators of the AMC 1000 all the way down the long hall, snaked around the lobby many times, then went out the door! We were kind of towards the end of the line,even though we got there an hour early! Luckily though, the management filled the first screen with the first half of the line, so we were kind of towards the front for the second screen. Everyone was doing a lot of "Is anyone sitting there? Are those seats taken?" to which the reply was mostly yes, but then I spotted two seat in the middle of a row kind of in the upper part of the theater that weren't occupied, HA! We had to crawl over a lot of people but we secured the perfect seats. Unfortunately though, we were next to two extremely obnoxious ghetto thugs. The first part of the movie, they were both asleep with their head back, snoring so loudly that everyone in our area would turn around and glare at them. they would snore especially loudly through the quiet and intense parts. SO annoying! I think they were high, because Michelle kept elbowing the one next to her, and he would stop snoring for a little while but not wake up. He would just feel around lazily for his popcorn and then shove a handful in his mouth. Then the second half, they woke up, and during the most terrifying parts, they would laugh and swear loudly. We wanted to tell then to shut the hell up, but they were scary. When it was finished they stood up and shouted at the top of their lungs, for the whole theater, "FUCK The Ring. It SUCKS!" and shoved past everyone to get out. What assholes. Maybe if you hadn't slept through half of it you wouldn't have thought it was awesome, like everyone else did. The movie didn't suck, they did.
Despite them though, it was really awesome. Everyone go and see it!
